Founding Member, WILMA E. WAGNER SCALSE, worked for the City of Erie for 50 years. Retiring in 2017, as the Treasurer and Income Tax Collector, and establishing this Credit Union in Sept of 1953.
Wilma Scalise’s career reflected her dedication to public service, financial responsibility, and community support. Her work has left a lasting impact on Erie’s financial infrastructure and civic life.​​

We were established with a hometown touch in servicing our membership. For over 73 years Erie City Employees Federal Credit Union has treated each member like family.
